Invitation to Tender No. 5/2026

For Supply carbon steel and stainless-steel pipes, pipe fittings, structural steel, plates, and bars

Arab Fertilizers and Chemicals Industries Ltd. (Kemapco) wishes to receive tenders for above mentioned subject for Kemapco’s Site in Aqaba –Durra Circle before, in accordance to the conditions and requirements described in the Tender Documents.

Interested candidates and specialist may purchase the Tender Documents from the Arab Fertilizers & Chemical Industries Ltd. (KEMAPCO) offices at the following address: Aqaba site, Durra circle before, Administration building, or Amman office, at a total cost of JD 30 nonrefundable, starting from Tuesday 10/3/2026, and subjected to the following:

  1. Tenders shall be furnished with a Tender Security in the amount of JD 1000 (One Thousand Jordanian Dinars) in its separate envelope, in the form of a bank guarantee by a local Jordanian bank. Tender security shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the Tender submission date. Tenders not accompanied with the required Security shall be rejected.

 

  1. The last date of receiving clarification and enquiries at the end of working day Tuesday 17/3/2026.
  2. The offers shall be submitted in four sealed envelopes labeled with the Tender No. and contents of the envelope (As Per Tender Documents).
  3.  Kemapco holds no obligation to award the Tender to the lowest price and reserves its right to accept or reject any Tender, and to annul the tendering process and reject all Tenders, at any time prior to award of Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers or any obligation to express the grounds for Kemapco's action.

5/2026 دعوة لإعلان طرح عطاء رقم

  توريد أنابيب ووصلات انابيب وأعمدة معدنية وألواح وقطع تشكيل حديد وستانلس ستيل

 تعلن شركة صناعات الأسمدة والكيماويات العربية عن حاجتها لتوريد المواد أعلاه  لموقع الشركة / العقبة –الدره ، وذلك حسب التعليمات الواردة في وثائق العطاء.

 

   تدعى الشركات ذات الاختصاص والراغبون بالاشتراك في هذا العطاء مراجعة مكاتب الشركة بالعقبة او عمان لشراء وثائق العطاء مع العلم أن ثمن النسخة 30 دينار أردني غير مستردة ومصطحبين معهم شهادة السجل التجاري سارية المفعول إعتبارا من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 10/3/2026، آخذين بعين الإعتبار ما يلي:-

 

  1. تقدم كفالة الدخول بالعطاء بمقدار (1000) آلف دينار أردني على شكل كفالة بنكية  من أي بنك أردني،  بمغلف منفصل  سارية المفعول لمدة (90) يوما من تاريخ ايداع العروض ، وأي عرض لا يحتوي على ذلك يعتبر مرفوضا.

 

  1. آخر موعد لقبول الاستفسارات هو نهاية الدوام الرسمي ليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 17/3/2026.

 

  1.  تسلم العروض الى أي من مكاتب الشركة مغلقة ومختومة بأربعة مغلفات منفصلة ( حسب ما هو مذكور في وثائق العطاء) وعليه إسم الشركة  المتقدمة وعنوانها مع الاشارة الى رقم العطاء على المغلفات.

 

  1.   يحق لكيمابكو عدم الإلتزام بإحالة العطاء على أرخص الأسعار وكما يحق لها الغاء العطاء دون ابداء الاسباب وبدون ان يترتب عن هذا الالغاء اية مطالبة مالية او قانونية.

 

  1. آخر موعد لإستلام العروض الساعة الثانية من بعد ظهر يوم الأربعاء   الموافق 8/4/2026 في مكاتب الشركة حسب العناوين التالية:
