Invitation to Tender No. 15/2026

Server Room Infrastructure Upgrade and Nutanix HCI Deployment for Main and DR Sites and New PCs and Printers.

 Arab Fertilizers and Chemicals Industries Ltd. (Kemapco) wishes to receive tenders for above mentioned subject for Kemapco’s at Site in Aqaba –Durra, in accordance to the specifications and conditions in the Tender Documents.

Interested candidates and specialist, Suppliers who wish to participate in this tender should be specialized in supplying, installation, commissioning & update of Nutanix technology and Personal computers and printers, and they should have qualified team able to perform such duties, this should be confirmed in details in submitted offers, may purchase the Tender Documents from the Arab Fertilizers & Chemical Industries Ltd. (KEMAPCO) offices at the following address: Aqaba site, Durra, Administration building, or Amman office, at a total cost of JD 50 nonrefundable,  starting from Wednesday 1/7/2026 and subjected to the following:

  1. Tenders shall be furnished with a Tender Security in the amount of JD 3000 (Three Thousand Jordanian Dinars) in its separate envelope, in the form of a bank guarantee by a local Jordanian bank. Tender security shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the Tender submission date. Tenders not accompanied with the required Security shall be rejected.

 

  1. The last date of receiving clarification and enquiries at the end of working day Thursday 9/7/2026
  2. The offers shall be submitted in three sealed envelopes labeled with the Tender No. and contents of the envelope (As Per Tender Documents).
  3.  Kemapco holds no obligation to award the Tender to the lowest price and reserves its right to accept or reject any Tender, and to annul the tendering process and reject all Tenders, at any time prior to award of Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers or any obligation to express the grounds for Kemapco's action.

2026/15 دعوة لإعلان طرح عطاء رقم

ترقية البنية التحتية لغرفة الخوادم ونشر بنية Nutanix HCI لموقعي التشغيل الرئيسي وموقع التعافي من الكوارث، بالإضافة إلى توريد أجهزة حاسوب وطابعات جديدة.      

 تعلن شركة صناعات الأسمدة والكيماويات العربية عن حاجتها لتوريد المادة أعلاه  في موقع الشركة / العقبة –الدره، وذلك حسب المواصفات والتعليمات الواردة في وثائق العطاء.

 

   تدعى الشركات ذات الاختصاص والراغبون بالاشتراك في هذا العطاء التي يجب ان تكون من الشركات المتخصصة بتوريد وتركيب وتشغيل وتحديث البنية التحتية لغرف الخوادم الرئيسية و الأجهزة الشخصية و الطابعات ويجب ان يتوفر لديها فريق فني مختص قادر على التركيب والتشغيل والمتابعة والصيانة مع تقديم ما يثبت ذلك في عرض الشركة، مراجعة مكاتب الشركة بالعقبة او عمان لشراء وثائق العطاء مع العلم أن ثمن النسخة 50 دينار أردني غير مستردة ومصطحبين معهم شهادة السجل التجاري سارية المفعول إعتبارا من يوم الأربعاء الموافق 1/7/2026، آخذين بعين الإعتبار ما يلي:-

 

  1. تقدم كفالة الدخول بالعطاء بمقدار (3000) ثلاثة ألاف  دينار أردني على شكل كفالة بنكية من أي بنك أردني،  بمغلف منفصل  سارية المفعول لمدة (90) يوما من تاريخ ايداع العروض ، وأي عرض لا يحتوي على ذلك يعتبر مرفوضا.
  2. آخر موعد لقبول الاستفسارات هو نهاية الدوام الرسمي ليوم الخميس الموافق 9/7/2026
  3.  تسلم العروض الى أي من مكاتب الشركة مغلقة ومختومة بأربعة مغلفات منفصلة (حسب وثائق العطاء) وعليه إسم الشركة المتقدمة وعنوانها مع الاشارة الى رقم العطاء على المغلفات.
  4.   يحق لكيمابكو عدم الإلتزام بإحالة العطاء على أرخص الأسعار وكما يحق لها الغاء العطاء دون ابداء الاسباب وبدون ان يترتب عن هذا الالغاء اية مطالبة مالية او قانونية.
  5. آخر موعد لإستلام العروض الساعة الثالثة من بعد ظهر يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 28/7/2026 في مكاتب الشركة حسب العناوين التالية:
